USSC Copper Earrings: Aqua Starfish Design

These earrings feature a large disc of copper overlaid with an aqua-colored patina disc and silver starfish. The copper disc is made from the sheathing lining the exterior of Constitution's hull that was removed during past restorations.

The earring wires are made from silver-plated brass that are hypo-allergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free.

These earrings are made by a local New England business exclusively for the USS Constitution Museum. The earrings are mounted on a plastic card that provides certification of the copper's origin and confirms that the copper was removed from USS Constitution.
